Your starting-point guide

You can use the guide without sharing your answers. This is the default. In that case, your selections stay in page memory and disappear when the page is reloaded. No name or email is required to receive guidance.

If you choose to share, we count guide opens, starts, completions, resets, and clicks on the guide’s contact or continue-exploring buttons. Your first completed submission adds one count to each selected answer option and to its recommended-result category. The choices are processed together for that request, but we do not store an individual visitor’s complete answer set or a result linked to an attempt.

These separate daily totals help us improve the guidance and understand business needs when planning future content and marketing. They are not used to contact you, create an advertising profile, or sell your information. Editing or reopening a completed result does not change its counts. Starting over creates a new attempt.

A random temporary reference, a protected token hash, timestamps, and simple counted/not-counted flags prevent duplicate counts. They contain no answers or result category. Our database does not store your IP address, browser’s user-agent string, name, email, location, or full referring URL. We do not add advertising pixels, cookies, or cross-site tracking identifiers for the quiz.

Your choice and how long records remain

Sharing is optional and does not change your result. You can select “Stop sharing” while this page remains open. That stops new quiz reports and cancels unsent reports. A request already in transit may still finish. Totals already recorded remain because they cannot be linked back to your selections.

Reports show a rolling 12-month window of daily counts. Duplicate-protection references stop accepting updates within 24 hours. Expired references and totals outside the report window are physically removed when the site next processes shared activity. There is no guaranteed background deletion schedule, so older records may remain in storage during idle periods. No complete answer records are retained.

The report is restricted to the site owner. Authorized Site administrators or editors may also have platform-level access; we do not publish the totals. Contact us about privacy questions or rights that apply to you. Because we do not collect your identity or keep individual answer records, we cannot identify or retrieve a particular person’s answers after they leave the page. Please do not send confidential client or employee information.

Hosting and traffic totals

The website is hosted using OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service and its infrastructure providers. Sites records page views and a unique-visitor estimate independently of optional quiz sharing. Hosting providers process technical information such as network addresses and request metadata to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Their operational records are separate from the quiz database and its retention periods.

We do not promise that all hosting data is anonymous or that it remains in a particular country. OpenAI processes Site information under the terms applicable to this account. Learn more about ChatGPT Sites and OpenAI’s privacy practices.

Owner sign-in and external links

The private report uses Sign in with ChatGPT. This provides a verified account identity, including email, so the server can restrict the report to the owner. Visitors do not need to sign in to use the public website or guide. Contact, email, and LinkedIn links open the services you choose; their privacy practices apply there.
